VINTAGE GERMAN MINERVA METAL HEAD DOLL DRESSED IN A BLUE SCHOOL BOY OUTFIT**WOW!
This is a vintage antique German Minerva metal head doll.  The doll is about 19” tall with a metal shoulder plate head, composition half arms, and a clothe body, upper arms and legs.  The dol head is marked Minerva on the front, German 5 1/2 on the back of the head, with painted blonde hair, blue eyes, and an open mouth.  There is a rattling sound in the head when when the doll is moved.  The doll is wearing a dark blue slacks with a dark blue top with red ric rack, a blue ribbon bow at his neck, and red feet or shoes.    This doll has some faint scratches on his head, some paint loss on the end of his nose, and on his hair.  There is a black mark on one little finger and a couple of chips on one hand and one finger on the opposite hand has a chip on the end of one finger, mostly on the back of the hand.  This vintage German Minerva Doll was purchased from an estate with many other treasures.  This vintage antique German Minerva Doll appears to be in good used vintage condition, except as noted and is offered as is.
