Rare US Bird Artifact Figure Eagle Amulet Southwest Virginia

For sale is this Native American US Artifact Bird Figure Eagle Amulet Southwest Virginia Very Rare.  This was my husbands grandfathers
who collected and came from Ohio. He is no longer living.   We didn't get all his catalogues before they were tossed out.
Marked on back S.W. VA and the words under it are I think Hoister and Kaver or Kiver I've tried looking up on google
anything close but no luck. Please study pictures for condition and description.  Non smoking no pets home.  Please
email me with any and all questions before you buy.  I will be listing more of his items soon as I can.  I'm going to try
to list best ones before eBay doesn't allow these types of items on anymore.  I think by the first part of November.
