BADGE MEASURES APPROX. 3" X 4 1/2" OVAL.  STILL HAS ORIGINAL TAPE OVER THE ADHESIVE.  I CAN'T SAY IF THE ADHESIVE IS STILL VIABLE BUT I DON'T BELIEVE YOU'RE GOING TO PUT IT ON THE CAR ANYWAY.  AS MENTIONED AND SHOWN, THIS HAS THE ORIGINAL MANILLA (YES, IT REALLY IS MANILLA) ENVELOPE THAT IS IN GOOD SOLID CONDITION WITH A SOME STORAGE MARKS.  BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS.
