Fabulous altered art necklace handmade 2.75" charm African glass trading beads

I do not know who made this or where it was made. The medallion is made from scrap metal, includeding a bottle cap. There is character / details on both sides.
I think the beads are glass African trading beads but I could be wrong. They are fabulous.
