Antique Tin Handmade Doll Furniture Set
Antique Folk Art handmade pierced tin table, two tin benches, and two pierced chairs.  The pieces are in played-in condition and do have damage--all legs on table have been badly bent at bottom table edge; one leg has a rip in sheet tin pointed out by pen in picture, making that leg is rather unsteady. The side rail on table where pieced has rip to bottom pointed out in picture.  One chair is missing it's back rail--thin tin strap.  All the legs and thin tin straps have taken some abuse and have been bent and then bent back.  There is some paint loss to all pieces.  They are out of proportion size wise as the table looks larger than other pieces.  Table measures: 4 1/4" tall and table top is 5" X 5".   Edge under table top is pierced.  Benches measure: 2 1/2" tall, 4 " long, and 1 1/2" wide.  Chairs are: 4 1/2" tall to top back, 2 1/2" to seat, 2 1/8" wide, and 1 7/8" depth.   Nice old handmade set that still can be used to display.  There are small stickers on bottom of pieces with initials P.NM. and 7/26/1973--I guessing this is when these were added to someone's collection.
