    Description
    A largish Eastern Woodland feast spoon fashioned from burl maple, 10 1/4" long, with a bowl 4 3/4" wide. The back was carefully fashioned with a central ridge which gives the piece an uncommonly graceful aspect. The un-touched surface is a joy to look at and to handle. From the condition of the surface it is clearly of significant age, early to mid 19th century.
